ResMed AirSense 10 Elite CPAP Machine
The ResMed AirSense 10 Elite is a premium fixed-pressure CPAP machine designed to deliver reliable and effective sleep apnoea therapy with comfort and ease. Renowned for its quiet operation, intuitive user interface, and dependable performance, it provides consistent pressure delivery for users requiring standard CPAP therapy.
The AirSense 10 Elite provides fixed-pressure therapy with comfort features such as Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR™) and a ramp function to support easier sleep onset. It can be used with optional HumidAir humidification and ClimateLineAir heated tubing (sold separately) to help reduce dryness and improve overall comfort during therapy.

Shipping and returns
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Delivery estimate
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
