The ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillow cushion is a genuine cushion designed for use with the ResMed AirFit P10 nasal pillow CPAP mask. The pillow cushion plays a key role in maintaining effective sleep apnoea therapy, providing a secure seal and consistent airflow throughout the night and restoring comfort and therapy performance when the existing pillows wear.
Made from soft, flexible silicone to enhance comfort while minimising skin irritation, its lightweight design supports the quiet operation of the AirFit P10 mask system, helping reduce noise during inhalation and exhalation for a more restful sleep environment for both the user and their bed partner.

Please note: this product is supplied as the pillow cushion only; the AirFit P10 headgear and mask frame are available separately. Select the same size as the existing pillows, marked on the cushion itself. Wash the pillows regularly in warm soapy water, rinse and air dry, and fit a fresh cushion when the seal or comfort begins to degrade.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
