Alvera AirLink Mini Connector for AirMini Travel CPAP Machines
The Alvera AirLink Mini Connector is a compatible connector for AirMini travel machines, supplied as a single unit. AirMini does not use standard CPAP tubing or standard mask fittings. It runs a narrow proprietary hose and a connection system of its own, which is what allows a machine that size to work at all, and it is also why an AirMini setup cannot be repaired with generic parts from a drawer. The connector is the small component that makes the circuit work, and when it splits, distorts or loses its grip the whole machine sits unused until it is renewed. Keeping a compatible connector on hand is the cheapest insurance a travel machine owner can buy.

Check fit and vent before use
- Confirm the connector seats fully and holds firmly at both ends before the first night. A partial connection leaks pressure and the therapy is not delivered as set.
- Where the setup relies on vent holes to clear exhaled air, those holes must never be blocked, taped or covered, and nothing should be inserted into them. A blocked vent allows exhaled carbon dioxide to be rebreathed.
- Do not use a connector that is split, cracked, distorted or no longer grips, and do not attempt to repair one with tape or adhesive.
- Do not modify the connector or use it to join components it is not intended to join.
- Follow the setup instructions supplied with the machine and the mask.
Why the AirMini circuit is different
A bedside machine moves a large volume of air down a wide hose and lets the mask vent do the work. AirMini takes a different approach because it has to fit in a hand: a narrow tube, higher velocity, and a connection system engineered around that specific arrangement. Every part of the circuit is matched to the rest.
The practical consequence is that generic accessories do not substitute. A standard 22 mm elbow, a spare hose from an old bedside machine, or a connector from a different platform will not deliver correct therapy even where it can be forced together. Anyone running an AirMini as their travel machine needs the right small parts, and needs them before the trip rather than during it.

Check the setup before ordering
AirMini setups vary by mask. Different mask families need different setup packs, adapters and humidification arrangements, and the parts are not interchangeable between them. This connector is for AirMini devices and does not fit Air 10 or AirSense 11 machines, which use standard tubing connections. Where the setup in use is not certain, ask before ordering with the machine and mask model to hand.
