Ferno EZ Glide Model 59T Patient Evacuation Chair

The Ferno EZ Glide Model 59T Patient Evacuation Chair Evacuation Chair, also known as the "chair" in this manual, is are specialized emergency devices for transporting a seated patient over flat surfaces and up and down stairs. This chair is intended for use by at least two trained operators, with the possibility of a third person as a "spotter" according to local protocols. Additional assistance may be required when dealing with heavier patients. The Model 59-T has belted tracks, allowing operators to easily navigate downstairs by "gliding" the chair, while the Model 59 is untracked and must be carried down stairs.
