You will receive a complete reimbursement, covering your shipping expenses, in the following scenarios:

**Under what circumstances might you receive only a partial refund?**
1. If the item has already been dispatched and you change your mind without any damage, you will receive a refund for the item's price minus the shipping fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.
2. For brand-new items that have been opened and used, even briefly, without defects, we may accept the return but deduct 40% from the original item price.
