Heyer LuvOn N2 Nasal CPAP Mask
The Heyer LuvOn N2 is a nasal CPAP mask designed for patients requiring continuous positive airway pressure or bilevel therapy who breathe primarily through the nose. With a minimal-contact ergonomic silicone cushion, a 360-degree swivel elbow and an adjustable headgear system, the N2 provides a secure, comfortable seal with a low dead space volume for effective therapy throughout the night. Operating quietly at less than 38 dBA, it is available in three sizes to suit a wide range of facial shapes. Suitable for single-patient reuse at home and single-use in hospital or institutional settings.

Recommended Replacement Schedule (Home Use)
- Cushion assembly: every 1 month
- Headgear assembly and short tube assembly: every 3 months
- Full mask: every 6 months
Please note: This mask is for single-patient reuse at home (up to 6 months) and single-use only in hospital or institutional environments (14-day cycle). Do not use bleach, alcohol, chlorine or scented cleaning products on any mask component.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
