The ResMed HumidX (Ref 38809) is a pack of three disposable Heat and Moisture Exchanger (HME) cartridges designed exclusively for use with the AirMini travel CPAP machine. HumidX provides waterless humidification by capturing heat and moisture from exhaled air within the cartridge's fine paper ridges, then releasing it back into the inhaled airflow during therapy. No water chamber, water tank or heated tubing is required, making HumidX the most compact and travel-practical humidification option available for the AirMini. Each cartridge inserts directly between the mask connector and the vent in seconds and lasts 30 days from the date of opening. This standard HumidX is designed for use in normal and moderately humid environments. For dry climates, aircraft cabins or high-altitude conditions, the HumidX Plus is recommended instead. Compatible with the AirFit N20, AirFit P10 for AirMini and AirFit N30 nasal masks only. Not compatible with F20 or F30 full face masks.
