Please check the bed dimensions shown on the product page and measure your front door, hallways, stairways and room doorway before ordering. The dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly between models. We strongly recommend allowing extra clearance beyond the stated measurements to ensure the bed can be delivered and moved into the room safely.

Ground floor delivery only
Beds are delivered fully assembled to the ground floor only. Upper floor or room placement is not included.

Returns cost the original delivery fee
If the bed cannot fit into your home, return shipping is at your expense and the original delivery fee is non-refundable.
We cannot refund original delivery fees if a return is required because the bed does not fit. Please measure carefully.

Shipping
Ordered before 1pm Monday to Friday, dispatched the same working day from Leeds. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, never Sunday.
UK mainland, light items: 1 to 2 working days. Heavy and bulky: 2 to 4 working days.
Customs and duties
International orders ship on a Delivered At Place basis. Import duty, local tax and customs clearance fees are charged by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tell us before you send anything back so we can give you a returns reference.
Opened items that touch the airway cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item reaches us and has been checked, normally within five working days.
Faulty items are refunded in full, including the delivery you paid.
