The Philips Trilogy Evo is a compact, portable ventilator designed for seamless transitions between hospital and home care. With a robust suite of ventilation modes and dual battery support, it delivers reliable non-invasive and invasive respiratory assistance for adult and paediatric patients in acute, chronic, and transitional settings.

  • You can return new medical equipment within 30 days for a full refund, with or without justification.
  • You will receive a full refund if the item is unopened and contains the original packaging.

It's important to note that SelfiMed does not refund shipping costs outside the UK under any circumstances.

 **When are you eligible for a full refund, including shipping charges?**

You will receive a complete reimbursement, covering your shipping expenses, in the following scenarios:

1. If you cancel your order before the item is dispatched.

2. If the item is not as described.

3. If the item sustains damage during the delivery process.

4. If the courier loses the item, preventing it from reaching you.

 **Under what circumstances might you receive only a partial refund?**

1. If the item has already been dispatched and you change your mind without any damage, you will receive a refund for the item's price minus the shipping fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in this case.

2. For brand-new items that have been opened and used, even briefly, without defects, we may accept the return but deduct 40% from the original item price. It's important to note that shipping fees will not be refunded in this situation, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Please be aware that we do not furnish CE certificates for medical devices sent outside the UK. Before placing an order, we highly advise verifying your local customs regulations.

If your shipment is returned at the border, we must convey that we will not reimburse the shipping cost. Nonetheless, if the item is returned, we will refund the purchase price. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
