"For customers buying CPAP masks from Selfimed UK:
Please note that CPAP masks & CPAP accessories (water chamber, hose, filters etc) are considered medical equipment and, as such, cannot be returned once opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
However, we do accept returns of non-opened masks if they are still inside their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. We will only issue a refund once we have received the returned item and ensured that it has never been used before.
Due to the nature of CPAP masks, once the packaging has been opened or the mask has been used, Selfimed cannot accept returns or exchanges. This is because CPAP masks come into direct contact with the face and respiratory system, and we must maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent any potential health risks.
Selfimed advises all customers to carefully consider their purchase before opening the packaging or using the CPAP mask. If you have any questions or concerns about your CPAP mask purchase, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.
