CPAP Mask Return Policy

Please note that CPAP masks & CPAP accessories (water chamber, hose, filters etc) are considered as hygienic medical equipment and, as such, cannot be returned once opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers. However, we do accept returns of non-opened masks if they are still inside their original packaging, within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the return cost. We will only issue a refund once we have received the returned item and ensured that it has never been used before.To learn more about this policy, please scroll down to the "Additional information" section.
