The Provita Series 2 is a professional mobile examination lamp designed for clinical environments requiring precise, controllable illumination at the point of care. An 8W LED light source delivers approximately 23,300 lux at 500 mm with a colour temperature of approximately 4,300 K, providing bright, neutral white clinical light that accurately renders tissue and skin tones during examination. LED life expectancy of up to 67,000 hours means the light source requires no routine replacement in normal clinical use.
The gooseneck flexible arm mounts on a height-adjustable pole with a white-coated steel castor base, allowing the lamp head to be precisely positioned and held in place across a working radius of approximately 800 mm. The integrated power switch is located in the transformer housing for straightforward on/off operation. Twin castors on a 635 mm diameter base provide stable, smooth mobility across consulting room, ward and treatment room floors.
